How we brew
We're a two-barrel system, which means we make beer in batches you can drink in a weekend. We don't filter, we don't rush, and we don't ship outside Oregon — most of our beer is poured within ten yards of where we brewed it.
Our water comes from the Rogue watershed, our base malt from Mecca Grade in Madras, and our hops from three farms within a hundred miles. That's the whole supply chain. If you want to know what's in your beer, ask the bartender — they actually know.
- ✓Two-barrel brewhouse, all in-house
- ✓Mecca Grade base malts, Oregon hops
- ✓Unfiltered, unpasteurized, undated
- ✓Crowlers and growler fills to go
